Now I have to think of a reward for completing all or part of the goals. It can't be money or food related as those are clearly obsessive compulsive areas for me. I will map out the path of righteousness for each one below. At least the path I intend to take.

Get down to 88 Kilograms. Juice at least breakfast, preferably two meals. Eat more raw vegetables and less fatty fried foods. Have ONE (1) cheat day each week for something to look forward to. This should also save me money since I waste so much on habitual eating binges.
Pass the JLPT Level 2 Test. I have already hired a tutor and we will spend two nights a month studying for the test and two nights studying regular Japanese.
Know meanings, and both readings of 1,000 Kanji. Liz and I quiz ourselves on Kanji and can learn about 100 meanings at a time. The readings fall into place after that.
Be able to sit "Indian Style" for 30 minutes comfortably. Sit around the house as much as possible for as long as possible. I can sit like that for about 10 minutes, but my legs fall asleep pretty fast. I sit on the floor almost daily in Japan and I really need to embrace that fact and loosen up.
Master one Yoga move (from a Yoga book I have). Pick one and practice until it is comfortable. Preferably one that involves sitting like the advanced Indian Style thing.
Stop over-eating. Stop just before the elusive "full feeling". I never feel full until I am bloated, but clearly there is a point where there is enough food in my stomach regardless of whether or not I feel full.
Practice Japanese calligraphy at least 1 hour 3x week. I have one of the best Japanese calligraphy teachers at my school and I have been wasting this opportunity for free lessons. At first I need to practice strokes over and over until I am comfortable with the basics then I can start drawing characters.
Pay off credit card debt. At the time of this writing I owe just over $4,000. I can make extra payments and use my entire tax refund (if I ever get it) and have it paid off by my deadline, at which time I can...........
Pay off 2 private loans. use that money to pay off my other two loans leaving me only with a Federal School loan. I will then save some money each month (for once in my life) and pay a little extra to the Federal Loan as well. That will take a few years so why sweat it now.
Finish 2nd Japanese Language Book project. Spend one hour 3x week working on it and it will be finished in two months. Then I have to save up for the Print-On-Demand upfront fee and it will be ready to go.
